Career Week at Tropical Elementary

At one time or another you may have asked yourself, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”

Career Day is an important tool for students to learn about a variety of careers and establishing goals.Career Day encourages students to begin thinking about what career they may chose when they grow up. Students have several opportunities to learn about a career through hands-on activities, meet people who are in a specific career, and ask important questions about the career.Children are not the only ones who benefit from Career Day. Community business members benefit too because they can share their knowledge and expertise with the students in order to make their career journey less difficult.

When students participate in Career Day it allows them to develop and design a career map to ensure a bright and successful future.
